In the Post-Great Recession context, many barriers to affordable housing persist:

Rapid outpacing of housing demands over supply. Disproportionate access among racial groups. Knowledge and clarity gap in the home-buying process. Lack of relational capital. Increased inefficiencies in consumer housing trends (Boone County Housing Study).

 

The list of pressures abound. The need to stabilize neighborhoods & the generations of those most vulnerable is essential.
