As a non-profit, we further relieve financial pressure on the margins of home sales by fundraising portions of the Administrative costs.
These elements of home renovation are yet another pressure release valve on the access gap found in purchase prices.
This also helps us manage and execute Stabilization Grants for existing homeowners.

Donated Funds

6.5% APR Loan
Invest in a collateralized fixed-rate loan. Collateralized by the home(s) you sponsor, your secure loan receives a return of 6.5% APR² for a 1-year term.
0% Interest Loan
Maximize the future homeowners equity gain by providing your funds at 0% interest. Upon the sale of the home, we return 100% of your funds. Savings are diverted into homeowner equity.
Based on your desired investment threshold and vehicle, we work together to outline projects that fit your scope. Projects include single homes, small to large portfolios of homes, and smaller forms of investment.
For instance, single home investments start at $160k investment packages. This includes Acquisition funds (Up to $100K buy-box) and Renovation Funds (usually between $25K-$70K, depending on home needs).
We secure funds for 1 year and use immediately for pre-selected properties or continue our search for properties that fit your project desires.
Our team provides detailed semi-monthly financial and initiative updates. These reports include detailed financial reporting, home renovation updates, homeowner preparation & community partnership highlights.
We also provide direct opportunities to connect to homeowners and other community partners at your desired level of engagement. The goal is maximum relational connection and the impact that follows.
All reporting and involvement options are provided no matter your investment vehicle: donated funds, interest bearing loan or 0% interest loan.
