Making capital donations help us in 2 ways: Developing our Revolving Housing Fund for perpetual impact and/or bolstering our Administrative Fund which cares for organizational overhead to keep the excellence & work going.
The Revolving Housing Fund has a $1.5 Million goal allowing us to acquire, renovate, and sell 7-10 homes annually with a 0% interest revolving line of credit.
Proceeds are reinvested into new projects and Stabilization Grants for existing homeowner repairs in the neighborhoods we serve.

None of us have made it on our own. Giving back and serving others with our gifts and talents is a foundational part of how we are made.
We create simple, defined scopes for tradesman and contractors to donate labor alongside other paid contractors.
The cost benefits are passed 100% to the new home owners. You play a pivotal role.

Suppliers, Builders, & Renovators
We repurpose materials of all-kinds. Inspired by those who have come before us like Habitat for Humanity®, we deploy materials you would otherwise spend money to throw away.
Example materials:
– At-cost or low-margin supplier pricing
– Used cabinets, vanities, sinks, fixtures, doors, efficient windows, and more
– Building materials like lumber, end of run flooring, etc.
