Affordability and high-quality are not mutually exclusive. Each home has a unique renovation approach, scope, and design creating a custom home buying experience for each to-be homebuyer.
Renovating existing homes is what makes us different.
Our community is incredibly blessed with creative, servant-hearted non-profits seeking to create Affordable Homeownership opportunities. However, all the approaches are focusing on infill, new construction developments where land is limited.
We see the need to bridge the gap in neighborhood stabilization through existing home renovation. While land is sparse, existing homes needing renovation are plenty.
Existing home renovation is complex and uncertain. We've honed processes, experience, and expertise in our subcontractor infrastructure to excel in the hardest jobs.

This has allowed us to maximize quality, minimize cost, and help local businesses to flourish along the way as they find on-going, consistent jobs in our workflow.

Understanding project cost & scope upon initial walk-through has been made possible by the mentorship of the best local renovators who have done 100's of houses.
We've developed solutions for the hardest of renovations via access to local expertise, lived experience, and a veteran subcontractor core.
Our team has worked together through almost all 18 properties we've done, allowing for growing clarity and on-going grace to permeate our team dynamic.
