Arise Dwellings of Mid-Missouri, Inc. exists to bridge the gap historically created by a lack of access to livable wages, quality housing stock, and the knowledge required to own a home. We believe that homeownership shouldn't be a privilege for the few, but an attainable reality for our community's workforce.
We specifically aim to serve individuals and families falling at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). As a Federally recognized 501(c)(3), we seek to sell homes underneath their market value, creating opportunity for income burdened households at or below 80% AMI. Due to the growing complexities of wages being outpaced by the cost of living, we are able to serve between 80-100% AMI categories as properties sit on the market. We are an equal housing provider in observance of all Fair Housing Act protections.

Generational Wealth
Homeownership is the single largest source of generational wealth transference in America. Our program provides the opportunity to create lasting financial change, allowing ordinary individuals and families to pass stability and assets on to their loved ones.
Neighborhood Stabilization
Beyond the individual, homeownership acts as a vehicle to bring stabilization into our neighborhoods. When families have a permanent stake in their environment, it drives the opportunity for deep, lasting community connections to be fostered.
