Helping to Ready Homebuyers to Buy in the Next 12 Months

The purpose of the ​First-Time ​Home ​Buyer ​Collective is to equip ​a​ community of developing homeowners with knowledge and skills to navigate the home buying process and maintain ownership. The ​Collective emphasizes collaboration with community partners, highlights available resources, ​helps participants support each other, and works hand in hand with participants to make home ownership a tangible reality.

This class is for individuals planning to buy a home within the next 12 months and seeking to overcome barriers. 
 

Monthly Commitment:
• One 2 hour group
• One 1 hour personal session

April 16              July 16               October 15
